Tasker for Android Programmer?

Does anyone out there have any experience with the tasker app for android? I am looking to make a profile that reads notification in morse code with vibrations.

I use tasker. For work, I am on call one week out of every two months. When I am on call, I need my phone to kick and scream no matter what I am doing, if I get a text from work.
