This wont answer your question at all..But I tried this and a lot depends on if your hardware is even supported.. I read through message boards and it seems like a complete hassle and not even worth it..But that’s just me

Bear in mind that while not considered illegal in the U.S. (if you have legally purchased the OS X Leopard installer DVD), it is fact that installing this on a non-Apple labeled computer is a violation of Apple’s End User License Agreement (EULA), so you could be opening yourself up for civil litigation (read: lawsuit) from Apple Inc.
