Cod is also fatty. Remember cod liver oil?

Oily fish usually has a darker flesh. As well as the ones already mentioned, also mackerel, pilchards, herring, trout, anchovies.

. I was diagnosed with high cholesterol a while back… It’s a great excuse to eat sushi all the time!

Fat is not the only issue for fish. Heavy metals, like mercury and worm larvae are common for fish. Most fresh water fish have lower fat (but lower Omega-3) so maybe they’re the wiser choice for that particular disease.
