What is the proper way to respond to job post on Craigslist?

The post says nothing about who to contact- no info on what to send in an email, no phone number. What is the best way to contact these people? The only email address available is the anonymous Craigslist address.

They are a tutoring company for ESL students, if that makes any difference.

Send a response to the craigslist email address asking for information. I would not send personal information to a craigslist address until the recipient can be verified. I’d also use an anonymous email address from yahoo or hotmail.

If you know of the company, and are confident it is a real ad, you can send them your resume.
