I have Lion OSX 10.7.1, I need help.

Asked by dreamwolf (3163points) August 24th, 2011

I am running Lion OSX 10.7.1 and I want to know how to use the swipe feature while browsing. It used to work with snow leopard. Two fingers left, (for going back a page) two fingers right (go forward again) Thanks so much!

@XOllO For TRACKPAD right? Doesn’t work for me, I’m on Google Chrome as well. Also, my double tap doesn’t work for zooming in.

@dreamwolf The “trackpad” settings in System Preferences should help you.

@dreamwolf Sounds like it culd be a hardware problem too.

Do you guys have LION? and are using Google Chrome and have confirmed these scenarios?

Don’t have Lion. Try going into your trackpad preferences and enabling two finger gestures and tap to click again, it often resets with OS updates.

I have a confirmed answer that it still exists with Safari. And @johnpowell yes that article helps greatly, unfortunately I like the new way of scrolling. It just makes more sense to me. Thanks all for the help!
