General Question
How is the NFL schedule put together?
I know that you play each team in your division twice and play teams with the same strength that you have (2nd’s play 2nd’s, etc), but what else goes into it?
How do they determine which teams open the season where?
How do they decide who plays on Thanksgiving Day, aside from that there is always a game in Detroit and one in Dallas?
What are some of the ins and outs of the schedule?
