What is the best hot tub on the market?

I’ve had a Cal X fun spa for about 5 years now and it runs like a charm.
Would have to look up the model # )
It seats 4–5 comfortably more if you’re drinking. lol

If price is an issue look for used models at many pool & spa outlets. Many have slightly used or refurbished models.

Don’t go to Cal Spas. They are a bunch of crooks!!!
Hot Springs Spas are more expensive, but much better made and way better insulated.
Cal Spas sold us a spa that had parts (important parts that made it work!) robbed off of it and refused to pick it up. We had to load it up and return it to them and they still didn’t want to accept it. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company in order to get my money back.

I think that your experience with ONE dealer is not reflective of the entire company/manufacturer. I have had nothing but good experiences with the Cal spa near me.

@Coloma , I tried calling their corporate offices and got no help. I then researched them with BBB, and found that they have one of the highest complaint rates.
When I was buying the spa, and angry customer came in and they said to us, “You just can’t please everyone.” I should have taken heed. It looks like it is a company wide practice4 to get the product in the home even if they know it doesn’t work, and then repair it at their leisure while warranty times run out. They were awful at all levels. This happened over 10 years ago and I am still fuming!
And, Hot Spring Spas are an all around better product. We knew that when we bought the hot springs spa and didn’t want to pay the premium. We found out that you get what you pay for.
