Can the butt muscles grow big like the biceps when worked out?

Yes indeed however they will not get giant. That is a different kind of diet.

They are more likely to get sleeker and tighter.

Of course. The gluteus maximus is a large muscle and is very responsive to exercise. Thrget it specifically with enough weight (or load on an exercise machine) that you are just abnle to complete 3 reps, and work your way up to 8 reps before increasing the weight or machine setting. Workls for ladies and men. Of cvourse, nothing says you have to take it that far.

Slightly larger and more defined. Since they’re not an axis of weight bearing structure your only gonna get so much.
