Do you know a good motion detection software?

I need a motion detection program that will send an email with a photo whenever motion is detected from a webcam, I can’t pay pricey costs for email subscriptions or anything like that, so if there is a way to set up an email server or something I can use that would be good. I saw one ispy freeware that supposedly can send emails from your own service but I can’t find any more info, and I wouldn’t know how to set it up.

The kinect sensor is a good bet, since I don’t think webcams can do that motion sense thing very well. That will start you anyway.

The webcam motion detection software I use is icumotionalert

It is pretty cool and fair price. I like the feature where it sends a picture to my phone if my webcam detects motions.
