Are you having any breathing troubles while awake with this virus?
Are you having any wierd dreams that make you wake up?
What are you eating before you go bed?

Maybe you should get tested for this disease.

Is the illness causing stuffiness and congestion? You may just need oxygen. Consider a decongestant. Propping yourself up on several pillows may help. If you have a vaporizer, you could try that.

If you’re also sweating buckets, go get checked out ASAP.

Never mind—just saw you were sick with a virus. Don’t know anything about the panting. Sorry.

Are you assuming its a Virus? Or did you actually see a doc and he told you that? It could just be your sheets. Do you use too many? Have you washed them recently? Maybe an allergic reaction? It can be anything. Try webmd symptom checker

You might have Sleep Apnea. Talk to your doctor though, the web isn’t the best place for medical advice.

Assuming you’re still horizontal when you awake, look straight ahead (above or below you). Is there someone else there? :) only kidding

I did ask my husband what he was doing with the pillow….

Seriously, I did see my doctor on Friday, who said I just had a virus. I am really congested. I will prop my pillows and take some decongestant. Thanks!
