What's a reasonable price for good glow-in-the-dark paint?

I’m looking to paint my bathroom, you see. Maybe just a single wall.
The Home Despot has it for $2/oz, but online retailers are at $7—$10/oz, making me wonder if maybe the price reflects quality (measured here in glow time).

@Ron_C It’s a 5×7x7 box with a shower stall left of the door, a sink attached to the back of the shower stall, and a toilet opposite the sink. The right side of the room is walking space.
