Is there a good, free, online survey-creator site?

I’m creating a survey (about brand recognition for Johnson & Johnson’s baby shampoo) for a class of mine and I’d like to share it with people online. I’m looking for fast and easy.

Also: I had a horrible time today finding people to take my survey at school… if you’re interested in helping me out (it’s 10 questions, takes less than 2 minutes), PLEASE respond or message me. I’m trying to get at least 50 people.

I second Marina’s suggestion for SurveyMonkey. I’ve used it multiple times to help my soccer team vote on end of season awards. Easy and free (unless you have a complicated survey or want to survey 1000s of people.
