How do you cook your lamb chops?

I have some beautiful (and rather pricey) lamb chops and want to bake or grill them in the oven. A Google search resulted in too much conflicting info about time, temperature and basting ingredients. Any tips for a guy who’s sick of eating matzo and gefilte fish this weekend.

This is what I always use. It’s just so simple, easy and good! That is, if you like rosemary and garlic. If not, it’s not for you!
