Fortune Lady Deck Help?

Hi there everyone. :)

I’ve been into Yugioh for a while now and I’ve decided to update my Fortune Lady based deck. If any of you could give me some feedback on what I should or should not have would that be awesome. :)
My main strategy is to manipulate Fortune Lady Light’s effect as many times as I can.

After seven hours with no responses I guess people who know what the poster wants are thin on the ground. Thanks for the Wikipedia link but I’d guessed it must be a reference to some sort of cards but what does “My main strategy is to manipulate Fortune Lady Light’s effect as many times as I can.” I’m quite sure the original poster can explain more.
