Restless inquiring about causes and solutions?

I have new music to listen to, a couple movies I want to watch, homework for medical and project I signed up for several well maybe a dozen books I am reading… and I am feeling wound up and unable to focus.
I want to go out but my options feel undesirable, I have to be up early tomorrow so I came back from the wedding reception early. I know meditating would help and I have yoga I could do. I went for a walk and then a bike ride. Everything is busy cops are out trolling, kids headed to parties, young adults and old ones headed to bars…
And I can’t focus on anything I have done my weekly cleaning minus laundry. Up and down pick something up set it down.
I had a productive day I got everything I intended mostly done… why am I so restless?
Sleep well that is out of sight rght now.

Is there something “eating away” at you, worrying you at the back of your mind? Or are you you not happy with a choice of yours so you can’t settle down?
Perhaps you need some company. Is there a friend that you can call to come over?
I hope your restlessness is gone by now.
Too much focussed energy on creative sexual activities without the actual sex might have overstimulated you. Warm shower, old-fashioned unfussy orgasm or three in bed with the lights out and then…see what happens.
It happens. Go with the flow.

@marinelife Sometimes that helps often it makes things worse.
@RealEyesRealizeRealLies Really good idea, I always wanted one as a kid. I had forgotten that.
@janbb I was able to put on some music and it did over time calm me down. Thank you.
@gailcalled Could very well be. I will try it next time.
@mazinger88 But there is no flow. It is flow interruptus. It doesn’t always happen but knowing what causes it might help. I will try gails suggestion next time.
