How can my employer send me signed cheques from Korea ?

Asked by victord66 (201points) April 11th, 2014

I manage a small business in Toronto, Canada. My employer is Korean and would like to spend an extended period of time in Korea and he is the only one who can sign cheques. He will be logging on to our computer network with RDC but when it comes to signing cheques how can he do this? I will be doing the payables and preparing cheques. Is there any way he can sign cheques in Korea and then email to me for printing here? Are there any other options where he can control the distribution of signed cheques?

Yes he is able to have a digital signature developed and when he submits his authorizion and signoff for the payables processed while he is gone and when you print the checks the signature will appear on the checks.
