The best case might be that the judge was sending the message that, in the future, cops should be charged with murder, not manslaughter.

In the past, in similar circumstances, prosecutors have given cops lighter charges than average people.

The cop was Off Duty, in the Victims ally, and Used an Unregistered Handgun.

He flat out MURDERED Ms. Boyd. He shot her in the Head,EXECUTION STYLE.

Exactly the same way All these U.S. cops been Executing black people all over the U.S.

What does Obama do about these mass murders of Black Americans?

NOTHING. He is Islam, remember?

And so the Judges let the Murderers go Free.

Why? Because Marshall Law is here people and THIS injustice and military-type Executions is coming to Our neighborhoods faster than you know.

Sadly, blacks are their guinea pigs now, to be slaughtered so THEY can put FEAR in the rest of us, so when they round us up to take us into the FEMA Camps we won’t resist.

Get on you tube and type in > cop killing shooting marshall law mark of the beast, FEMA Camps, NWO, anti-christ, Obama…EDUCATE yourself.

Technically, the judge is correct, and it was the prosecutors who got the charges they filed wrong.
This asshole should be in prison for murder.

I think the prosecutors knew very well that this would happen.
Undercharge the cop to ensure an aquittal.
And the judge was probably in on it, too.
