What are some natural phenomena that occur on earth?

I think lenticular clouds are pretty cool.

I wasn’t there, but 2 of my friends went hiking on a knife edge.

There was an incoming thunderstorm and they obviously got the heck out of there, but they said the incoming lightning from the storm caused small pebbles to move and static electricity to form on their body making all of their hair stand up!

@Dutchess_III Yea they were hiking in CO, where a lot of the mountain peaks reach 14,000+ feet. The average base of a Cumulonimbus cloud is can be anywhere from 17–24k feet so that’s pretty close and shows what you can be exposed to at those heights.

Wouldn’t the northern lights qualify? I’ve never seen them but would love to.
