How do you change the main clock on an Android tablet?

The one I bought is set to east coast time,
How do I change it to west coast Pacific time?

Thanks I am very new to this tablet thing,and still not overly crazy about this touch stuff,but this little very inexpensive tablet seems to do just about everything I ask it.
