What would human caviar look like? How would it taste? And what would be the price for a 100g tin?

You could harvest it from convicted prisoners and poor people.

Probably would taste like HEP-C if there is a flavor for that.

Hmm, the taste… I would artificially flavor it to be delicious with fava beans and Chianti.

The cost? Given that a mature ovary weighs 4 grams you would need to harvest from 25 individuals (or 12.5 if you take both, and why wouldn’t you. They’re prisoners and poor people.) A mature ovary holds about 300,000 eggs. That being said, in the US they pay handsomely for egg donation, to the tune of $5–15k per donation of less than a dozen eggs.

So, after calculating all that math, the approximate cost for a high-end 100g tin would be $9,375,000,000. (But, these are prisoners and poor people, so the low-end tin would be only $3,125,000,000). I’ll pass.
