I think it was made between the 90s and early 2000s, judging by the style, but I may be wrong. The series is set in a city with anthropomorphic animals. The protagonists are two rats in suits, one is taller than the others. I think they are private detectives going around solving crimes. The series is quite mature in theme, with some sexual undertone and talks about crimes. Do anyone knows what this series is.
