Is there a program that hides processes?

I’m unsure if the question is too vague. But to clarify, I’m looking for a program that has the ability to hide certain processes.
The reason I’m searching for one is because I do a little game exploiting from time to time but nothing too serious. Simply that. Obviously the developers don’t want exploiters around unless with good reason. So they begin patching programs that are useful to exploiters. Now, is there a program out there that is able to hide this said exploit program in order to run it undetected?
