If you find out, you could sell the secret to all of us, and make far more than 30k!

Invest $350.000 at 9% overseas (risky, but worths the shot)

Thanks for the links Kevbo, those books both look to be right up my alley.

I’ll look into this GBG as well, but it seems like a MLM type deal off the bat.

Pick up sales, there is always a need for sales people. I make just under 40k a year working part time. So if you think you can hack sales goals, and pressure to be consistent, go for it.

dan, I think you missed the point where he wants to do it passively, Which means he does not have to sit at an office on a salary or commissioned or hourly rate. He can make money while hes just chillin. Probably the only way to do this is to invest your money. There are thousands of ways to invest your money. Probably the most reliable way is in the real estate market, Even though it sucks right now, if you invest now, when it turns around you will be doing great. But there is no 100% safe way to invest your money, unless you already have 500,000 sitting around in a bank some where.

You guys forgot the taxes if there is a 6% return. Tax-free $1 million at 3% and no accountant fees.
