Is it possible that Electronic Warfare or Cyber warfare is being used to sabotage North Korean missile launches?

It has happened so many times that people are beginning to wonder. Though known for poor accuracy, Iraqi Army (to my knowledge) never had problems successfully launching these Scud type missiles in the.wars with Iran or the United States.

The stuxnet virus caused havoc with Iran’s efforts to develop a nuclear bomb so it might be possible. More likely the tests are rushed for political reasons and take place without thorough preparation.
