How do I turn off the computerized narrator on my Roku?

We bought a seperat box for Roku. It didn’t come with the TV.

Are we talking the narration that some shows have like “Judy walks over to the body then vomits”?

Or is it reading the menus? If the latter Settings > Accessibility > Audio Guide
