Does cabbage heal stomach ulcers?

Asked by RedDeerGuy1 (24487points) March 17th, 2018

I heard that years ago. That pharmacy companies scrapped the treatment because they can’t make a profit from such a simple cure. What other common treatments for medical illness exist that are legitimate? Like vitamin C for scuvy and healthy diet for pelergra?

I very much doubt it, in fact it may even worsen the situation.

No, cabbage and cruciferous vegetables don’t cure stomach ulcers. Ulcers are caused by an over abundance of certain bacteria. Cabbage would help them thrive.
