Does gravity effect electricity?

Yes, because electrons have mass though it is tiny.

See above. Gravity does have an effect on electricity.
But it is the weakest of the fundamental forces. Electromagnetism easily trumps gravity in the physics of electricity. Otherwise, we would have to constantly tweak electrical systems with changes in gravity, like in space flight or high g airplane maneuvers.

Everything is affected by gravity, even massless particles like photons.
