How to copy my entire buddy list into AIM 4.7 for Mac from iChat?

And please don’t anyone tell me about Adium. I have it and don’t like it so don’t bother.

Stay with iChat or use Adium or Meebo.
Al of those are great apps, AIM is not.

Yeah I know that but I have a trick for AIM. Incase I ned it, I have it. I don’t really like Adium that much but love iChat. So this question was posted before I figured out the answer.
