Can I easily convert my kitchen cabinets to full overlay?

I have Homecrest cabinets that came with my house and I was wondering if I can change the doors to full overlay, or is the cabinet itself different also, not just the door.

I searched for replacement kitchen cabinet doors, and found many links.
