Embed Videos in Powerpoint?

Asked by aanuszek1 (2290points) September 15th, 2008

Is it possible to embed a video into a powerpoint presentation so that it saves into that file; if you understand what I am saying. It understand that it would be a larger file, and that way I could throw it on a USB drive and know the video is still there.

yes it is, but you have to be very careful that the computer you run it for a presentation on also supports that video format. Also, I’ve seen problems where the video plays on the computer, but will not play over the projector. Usually IT comes in, draws a pentagram with goats blood, and chants the names of archangels backwards until it works again.

The easiest why (if you ask me ) would be to find a small powerpoint firm, They would do it for a minimal small prise. And you can pay them with no worries. At least that’s what I did http://www.buffalo7.co.uk i used these guys.
Hope I helped.
Cheers.
