There are VERY few countries with drinking ages higher than 19. For the most part of the world it is 18.

It’s 18, but you can get alcohol in Mexico if you’re younger. Yes, I’ve done it. I got alcohol in Cabo San Lucas, Cancun, and Ensenada when I was 15 and 16. If you plan on getting drunk in Mexico just be careful. Take my word on this one.
