Which is the best microbrewery in the Bay Area?

Looking for opinions on the best overall microbrewery in the SF Bay Area, based on overall quality of all the beers offered by each brewery. Thanks!

The Rogue in near Columbus Street. It's the same extraordinary brew you get in Newport, Oregon, their headquarters. Good location and fabulous beer.
