How can I convert RMVB files (on a Mac) to QT or DV?

or to anything I can burn to a DVD and watch on the television. Thanks.

Hmm. It looks like you can do it using ffmpegX, though I haven’t done it myself. Searching confirms that some people have gotten it to work, though it might not be trivial.
