I play memory games and do puzzles every morning to limber up my brain for work. I also subscribe to www.Lumosity.com and work there on improving my effective/efficient percentages.

And that’s on top of reading two to five books a week, keeping a book of crosswords in the bathroom, and thinking critically about stuff I read online.

My brain is so plump and healthy it’s no longer gray.

learning another language certainly expands your mind a great deal – and other cultures respect you much more.
