You should share all the information you have with the police and they can attempt to contact her and make sure she’s OK—they will be able to find a way to contact her. Or you can contact the friend who might have gotten her the phone. You should be able to find a way to contact someone who will be able to contact her.

No one seems to know who got her the phone or which company it is, including her parents and siblings. It’s a sticky situation…there is barely any information to pass around.

You could always try a local number search or cellphone number search online. Or try calling and tricking the customer service of the provider if they will give you the number.
