3 & a1/2 hrs. south in Austin!
(seriously, if you can get away, there’s some Great stuff down there). Pick any night of the week!

Yes I know! I love Austin and have friends there, but I live in Fort Worth! I’m new to the area

According to Shank, there is no difference between Ft. Worth and Tyler in the way of decent live music. Of course, his tastes are a little different than ours ;) Have you ever checked out Eventful? You might find something there.

No I haven’t, I will check it out though

This is one of my fav events of the year. There is also one in Dallas. Good food, art, and lots of live music all day long.

@essieness: My girlfriend just moved up there the beginning of this year, and I am looking for a job in that area. I am having a tough time finding one. Doing the long distance thing is hard. That is why I want to move up there.

Ooo. The Main Street Arts Fest. I am going to be at that as well. Should be a lot of fun.
