How do you turn off the French keys on a Dell laptop?

Itès irritating as f@ck! As you can see, I can not do apostrophes…and question marks..forgedaboutit.

This is for XP, so your mileage may vary

There should be a little “FR” in the lower right hand, click that and switch it back to “EN” (I’m assuming)...

If there’s no FR there, right click the taskbar and and go to Toolbars -> Language Bar, then it should show up.
