What is a good food to eat when you feel like snacking.

i have a habit of snacking, usually in the evening and night, and i always snack on stuff like chips and unhealthy stuff, but i snack more and more because i doesnt fill me up. i am not big at all but i am afraid of getting big. i just want to know a healthy filling foods that i can eat when i am feeling like snacking.

Non salted almonds/ raw vegetables

Boiled edamame with a little bit of sea salt sprinkled on top. It’s awesome!

Bananas and grapes, especially in the summer.

popcorn with olive oil. it’s my newest snack obsession.

Peanut butter and honey. Dip whatever you want in it.

Celery stuffed with a small amount of organic crunchy peanut butter or Neufchatel cheese (less fat than regular cream cheese), dried pumpkin or sunfower seeds, raw edadame beans.

nuts.
hickory-smoked almonds.
fresh red pepper slices
cheese sticks of mozzarella
peanut butter and banana
sardines—yes sardines.
apples
plain yogurt and fresh blueberries.
granola.
dry banana nut cheerios.
just go to bed.

Carrots, broccoli is good for you. I like almonds too.

Cliff Bars, Carrots, Oyster Crackers, and kind of fruit, fruit snacks ( natural) , veggie chips, dried fruits like bananas or cranberries, raisins, the list goes on and on really.

@casheroo If the olive oil keeps that kernal skin from getting lodged between your teeth and gums then I’m all over it.

@The_Compassionate_Heretic I have noticed it doesn’t get stuck as much, but there are still those random kernels…I hate that part about popcorn.

Hummus and raw carrot sticks or raw cauliflower, radishes, or brocolli.

Fiber cookies, celery with chili powder and lemon. ( for chili powder try TRECHAS, I think HEB has it.) Pinneaple, kiwis…mmmm

peanut m&ms aren’t too bad & they are delicious! Freeze pops are good. Also raw almonds & blueberries are healthy & yummy snacks.

Oh, that’s easy. Cheez-its. I will go to town on those!

In moderation of course… I am also an unhealthy eater at times, but nothing can come between me and the cheesy crunchy goodness
