Have you ever taken the bodybuilding supplement "Spawn"? If so what gains did you achieve?
I am currently taking it for 2 cycles (2 months). I have been on it for about 5 days now. I can already feel the strength kicking in.
Background info: I’m 5’7, 160lb, about 12–14% body fat, and trying to reach 175lb with 8% body fat by Spring. I work out at least 5 days week on different muscle groups with one rest day every 2–3 days.
I was wondering if anyone else has taken it and what gains you achieved after your cycle(s).
