How to automatically add a certain character?

I’m working on a file in InDesign. Does anybody know if there’s a way to add a specific character (hairspace to be exact) at the beginning and the end of the header?

I’m on Windows. I assume there may be a way to find all the headers using Find/Change, then assign some variable, say %%text%% to the text inside this header, and the add suffixes to this variable as a change. But I couldn’t do that in Find/Change. Is there maybe a script for that that i don’t know of?
