If I have Tiger, and want to upgrade to Snow Leopard, will I get the incredibly cheap price of 29$ or have to pay 130$?

Nope. You’ll have to buy the $130 package, and (just in case you don’t already know) your Mac must be Intel based, not Power-PC.

So just a question. If I get a MacBook Pro soon (the latest 15-inch MacBook Pro), I can just upgrade to Snow Leopard by paying for it? I don’t have to change anything else?

It will only cost you $10, since you bought the MBP after June 8th.

Here is how it will work.

If you are running 10.5 Leopard you will be able to get a upgrade DVD for 29 dollars. It will require that a existing copy of 10.5 is installed to install it.

It will be 129 dollars for a copy that will install on a blank hard drive.
