Can interenet radio make money?

I am thinking about starting up my own internet radio station and i wanted to know how can i benefit from dion so? Has anyone had any experience with this?

Well you have to own your own music or get friends to give you music, you can’t just start streaming other people’s music. So do you have a good music source? Or do you have the money to pay the broadcasting fees for whatever music you want to play?
Generally though I would say it’s getting harder to make money with internet radio because there’s so much available for free. But if you provided a great product to a niche market, you could definitely make money.
Some strategies include a subscription fee to access a higher quality or ad-free stream. If you included a forum around the radio website you could build a community and have a button for donations if anyone wanted to give some.
