Here you go :)

Do a google search for “paper star tutorial” for more.

They are addictive to make, be careful :)

If you’re looking for cool papers to make stars with, visit your Chinatown if you have one. I have seen kits for these stars that include tons of strips of cool paper, but you can just as easily find cool origami paper and cut it into strips.

So cute! They would make such neat Christmas ornaments or something… like a cluster of them all together in holiday colors hanging on a string. Must.Try.Origami.Stars.

My youngest daughter loves origami… she can make a crane that’s so small it fits on the end of my pinkie finger! I am so going to forward that link to her. Thanks, DD!

Yes,
1. take a small strip of paper that’s narrow, maybe ⅓ inch wide, but is a good maybe 4 inches long, make a 2-D knot near one end. The knot should be shaped like a pentagon.
2. Take the strip of paper and wind it around the pentagon so it remains shaped like a pentagon and remains almost 2-D. When nearly all paper is wound around pentagon, take one end of the strip and thread it so it can’t unravel.
3. Shape it!
