No one answered this?? Weird :\

I know that a few can be bought on iTunes (more in the US then Canada) and that it is possible to make your own this way. It seems complicated, but try it, I have over 20 ringtones made this way ^_^ and they are completely custom and all your own. My computer ability is basically turning it on and off, opening Safari and iTunes, that’s about it :D

Good luck! – LB

Hi- I am also unaware of how to get sms tones onto my phone (unsure if it’s even possible without “jailbreaking” it,) however, someone did tell me about this site that not only has free ringtones but you can also make them yourself. You also have an option of taking a video link (for example a clip you really like from youtube) and editing it so you only get the part of the clip that you want. The best part about the site? It’s REALLY simple!!

I’m not fantastic with all of the fiddly technological stuff- just goes over my head. This site is as simple as either copying and pasting the link of the video into the upload box or browsing through your personal music selection then hitting upload.

The program allows you to select the part of the song you wish to use. I believe it’s only a lenght of 30’s seconds, in saying this however, I don’t think my phone rings any longer than that before it goes to voicemail. So you can edit the song and then it saves it in an iTunes format.

From there all you have to do is upload it to iTunes (as you would any other song that you wanted in your iTunes library) and then upload it onto your iPhone! Simple!!

The link is www.audiko.net

Hope this helps!! :-D
