If you could only talk to/communicate with ONE person for the rest of your life, who would it be and why? Could be a friend, family member, celebrity, etc.

My girlfriend. We can spend hours talking about absolutely anything. (Apologies to my family, but I don’t play favourites with them).

Or maybe Whatthefluther’s magical unicorn.

That person is no longer among the living. If I must, I will speak to her in my heart and give up all audible speech.

Leonardo Da Vinci, the archetypical Renaissance man: scientist, mathematician, engineer, inventor, anatomist, painter, sculptor, architect, botanist, musician and writer.
Or, perhaps Benjamin Franklin, a more recent polymath: leading author and printer, satirist, political theorist, politician, scientist, inventor, civic activist, statesman, and soldier.
Both were brilliant, artistic, creative, and, I would think, fascinating in conversation.
See ya…..Gary/wtf
PS: Come to think of it, Warren Buffett would be a very wise, and likely, rewarding choice, as well!

One of my cousins, I pretty much talk to him about everything, he knows I have his back, and he has mine.

My first grandchild was born last August. Of all the people on earth, I’d love to be able to talk to him all the time! I just wish he lived closer to us…

Xena!

She says awesome shit, like…

Peace may be boring, but that’s all anyone really wants.

But don’t take my word for it…

I couldn’t do it. Eventually the just one person would drive me crazy, and I’d drive them crazy. I’d feel like I was in No Exit.

I would talk to my best mate and preferably through the computers. I love it when we are in different rooms but chat online, heheheh!

That’s a no-brainer for me.

My wife…my link to the “outside world”...who probably knows me better than I know myself.

Morgan Freeman, he’s got a very soothing voice, I dont hink it’d get boring.

People come and go. I choose no one.
Rather get it over with sooner then later.

It would have to be my son…I can’t live without him. He is my world and he says much funnier and more profound things that some adults I know.

Me I’m the only person that can make sense of me :)

I would, without a doubt, choose my husband – we love talking to each other.

My intuition, or my conscience.
I was going to say God, tho I think all three are probably one in the same.

@Pazza
Stop talking to yourself you weirdo!.....

@Pazza
Stop talking to me like that or I’ll kick my arse!.....

@rooeytoo, that’s how my husband and I talk a good portion of the time. It seems like we’re always on different schedules, so we text and email alot. Works for us!

@Haleth, you are so right! Only ONE person for the rest of my life?? Yeah, I’d go crazy too.
