What did my cousin mean when she told me that she wants to make something ''nosey'' or ''nosy'' with our names?

What did she say, exactly, when she was explaining it to you? Maybe we can figure it out if you try to tell us what she said. Even if you don’t fully understand it, there may be a hint in the explanation that we might see.
