I have a large fabric cutting project to do. I need some type of rotary fabric cutter. Does anyone know which brand is the best?

Gingher makes very high quality fabric cutting tools. I happened to get a pair of fabric scissors at Jo Ann’s when they were having a sale on cutting tools, and they’re fantastic. Incredibly sharp blades, very comfortable, and they’re shiny, too! I can imagine their rotary cutters are also excellent.

Also, I would reccommend getting a large cutting mat (the self-healing kind is quite nice) and clear plastic quilting ruler like this. They are quite invaluable for large-scale fabric cutting.

I would go with Gingher or a brand that is of higher quality because it will last longer. For this you will need to spend a little more money but it will be with it in the long run.
