Who is the Cheese Whiz voice announcer guy from the 80's?

The original commercial for Cheese Whiz, back in the 80’s, when it was a big deal to put things in the microwave, is stuck in my head today.
Who did the announcer voice? Sounds like Casey Kasem.

yes, that guy. I don’t think it’s casey. It’s been about 10 years since I watched that old VHS tape. Man, I’m hungry, I’ve been up since yesterday morning and haven’t eaten since dinner… it’s so warm and cheesy… WHO IS THIS MYSTERY MAN?
