How to remove an Etsy purchase?

I’ve purchased something on Etsy but I didn’t enter my card number or anything like that, I just navigated away from the page because I didn’t really want to buy what I wanted before.

Today I’ve received an email from the Etsy seller that I’ve bought something, I just only need to purchase it thus enter my card number and such.

Email their customer service and explain the situation. They can’t do anything without your card number. Or is it like ebay and you will get a negative review?

Just respond to the seller and explain that you changed your mind and you are sorry. You should also ask how to cancel the transaction so that the seller does not get stuck paying the fees for the sale.

Open communication usually works best with these things.
