How much would you be pay for cisco certification and a+ certification

I don’t place much value in A+, but Cisco Certs are nice to have. Which one is it?

At best, Cisco or A+ certification is likely to get you in the door at an interview where those certifications are relevant.

Unless you have a big company that explicitly offers salary bonuses for particular certifications, your salary is not determined by how many certifications you have but by how well you do your job, how important your job is to the company, and how common the skills necessary to do your job are.
